Tons of Beans & Cars!

In a little town called, Chestnut Hill, in the eastern hills of Tennessee, we had a stinkin' good time at the Bush Beans Original Store and Museum!

It was a wonderful, hands-on museum.  Here, is a small, interactive contraption, that shows the canning process.

These bags hold 2 TONS of beans!  On any given day in the factory, you will see hundreds of these bags!

They have a scale that weighs in 'beans,' so we HAD to find out how much we ALL weighed together as a family.  :)  FUN stuff. :)

I don't know why I think this is too cute.  It just makes me smile!

Oh, stop pouting already!

Candy makes them happy every time!  Hee...hee!

Special friends.....

I tell you the truth, Emily cheers in the middle of the grocery store, when I put Bush Beans in our basket! It is one of her favorite side dishes for dinner.  We had to visit the great FREEBIE!

All around the Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge area, are hundreds of old cars driving around.  Come to find out, this time of year, the city holds a HUGE Car Show!

All along the strip, are some totally awesome, so fine, old, rebuilt beauties that are on display.

Surprisingly, the traffic has not been bad at all.  It is fun to drive around, drooling, appreciating all the classic cars, from Studebakers, to Corvettes, to old Ford trucks!

There are also hundreds of people just sittin' on the side of the road drooling appreciating all the 'sights.' They literally bring their folding chairs, sip lemonade and make a day of it!  :)

Only in America folks!

The amount of work and money and time that the proud owners put into these vehicles is truly obvious.

Blessings
Steph
