The Simple Things in Tampa

So, the Harper's have been talking about the yumminess of Churros for over a year now.  They have been sharing their obsession, and decided to treat our family at the local Costco!
WHOO HOO!

The vultures were SO thankful to devour their yummy, cinnamon-sugar-covered- churro. :)
Thank you Harper family for the sweet treat!

Then, the next day, we drove to Indian Rocks Beach, just to check it out.  Some of our crew is fighting the FLU, so we were not ready to play in the water. ;)

The white sand and green-blue water is just beautiful.  I love walking the beach and listening to the waves and birds.  It is one of the most relaxing things you can do for your mind. :) (no, that was not an advertisement!) HA!

At the campground, there is a wonderful, heated pool (90 degrees!) and a beach volleyball area.  The kids were not up to volleyball, so they decided to have a contest.  (a little competition never hurt) :)

One group of kids made this fun race track.....

Tanner made the Gateway Arch from St. Louis, MO.

And another group made this two-sided mountain.
One side is an erupted volcano......

The other is an avalanche, complete with a chair lift!
(the pics just don't do it justice!)

Honestly, I could not pick a winner!  They were all so creative and special in their own right.  (And, I also love these kids to pieces!) :)

It truly is the simple pleasures in life that always seem to bring such joy.

Churros.

The Beach.

Sandcastles.

Friendship.

Life is good. :)

Blessings,
Steph
