Eureka!

 We stopped for a few nights in Eureka, Ca., where the banana slugs are EVERYWHERE!

 I don't know what was worse; my kids actually holding the slugs, or the amount of slime the slugs leave behind as they crawl around!!

We also went to a VERY small zoo that was free!  :)

 I just love this little guy!  So much character.  :)

Our time in Eureka was short and sweet!  We are LOVING the weather here in sunny California; highs in the 80's and lows in the 50's.  In September!  :)
